By ordering a commission from me you agree to these terms of service.I will draw:
✅ Dragons
✅ Dragon-like creatures
✅ Generally, anything on four legs.I will NOT draw:
❌ NSFW (includes extreme(!!) gore)
❌ Hateful or extremist content
❌ Humans/ human-like species.Please ask me about
？Anthropomorphic animals (Furries and related). Much of the time I struggle with the style. A general rule of thumb is that if it walks on four legs, I will most likely be able to draw it.
？Mechanical elements
？Gore incorporated into character design (I am generally willing to do gore to a certain extent, but I would really appreciate it if you check first)
？Kirby characters. My pricing system, presently, doesn't accurately reflect these sorts of designs. If this is something you are interested in, please reach out to me and we can discuss further.I reserve the right to reject a commission request without giving a reason.Process
1. When the commission is accepted, I will send you a sketch within a week. If I expect to take any longer, I will let you know.
2. Once you are satisfied with the sketch, I require FULL payment upfront. See below for further details about payment plans.
3. Commission completion time is variable but tends to take around a month. I will provide updates on the commission during the process on around a weekly basis. I can provide WIPs when requested.
4. Once the commission is finished, a sta.sh file will be provided. Please ask me about alternative methods should a stash file not work!Payment and Refunds
1. Payment is in USD via PayPal. All prices are listed in USD. I do not take DA points.
2. If the commission is over $200 (inclusive), a payment plan can be created over discussion between myself and the commissioner. Otherwise, a commission slot can be held for 3 days (72 hours) if the commissioner does not have the money at the time of commission acceptance.
3. Full refunds can only be issued at the sketch stage. Otherwise, partial refunds will be issued based upon the degree of completion of the commission. Under emergency circumstances, a full refund can be issued at early degrees of completion, but will be a partial refund otherwise.General
＞The commissioner may post, upload, or otherwise use the commissioned piece in any way they want (excluding anything related to NFTs). Credit to me (as pasteldraqon on all platforms) is preferred.
＞I reserve the right to upload, repost, re-use, and sell the artwork in digital and physical forms.
＞Don't feed my art into AI image generators. Seriously. It looks bad.
